When is the season for Manzano Baseball?

  -Spring baseball season competes in the New Mexico 5A - District 5 and runs from February through May. Tryouts are usually the first weekend in February.

  -Summer baseball season competes in American Legion baseball and runs from June through July.

  -Fall baseball season competes against local high schools and runs from August through November.

How many teams does Manzano Baseball have?

Three teams include

  -Varsity

  -Junior Varsity

  -C-Team

What are the fees for Manzano Baseball?

Spring baseball fees are $350. Players receive a baseball hat, team shirt, team shorts, and team warm-up pants.

Does the baseball team have a Booster Club?

Yes, a booster club has been set up and money raised helps with the purchase of player equipment, field equipment, and field improvements to maintain the Manzano High School baseball fields. More information can be found at www.manzanobaseball.com

Baseball class is an elective and is used for cardio conditioning, weight training, and learning the fundamentals of baseball.
